My impressions.
A week ago I never thoughtthat my life could be so different, unusual and exciting. All because of these lessons. I mean I considered studing might be more conservative. Who''d have thought it could be a pleasure. A lot of people every day, a lot of information and contacts. That isn''t given in a common way, all I''ve seen impressed me greatly.
I''m going to use the biggest part of the information in my work to make it more interesting.
Watching videos was fantastic! A sort of enjoyment. When children read texts about different countries that might be boring sometimes. But it is different when they have a strong impression. A short tour around Britain. That helps students to remember and Fell the specific atmosphere of ancirn part of a country, to find out some interesting details about historical places. I''ve found a lot of interesting things, a lot of material to use at the British Council''s library. And live contacts with the English-speaking person was also very touching and exciting. While speaking about peoples behaior Jennifer Crandall showed the real example of elegancy and tolerance and good manners.
I really enjoyed listening to her. And the topic was useful and interesting, psychological moents combined with people''s customs, styles of behavior. Every day brings new expectations. Some old things are give like new ones, coloured personal feelings and modernconsepts. All that makes me feel thankful to teachers who gave me all that information, and chances to feel more confident in using some technics and expressions.

Thank you for organizing that exciting meetings for us.

The problem of self-education is rather vivid. The teachers working for years with the same textsbooks at one place lose some linguistic skills (pronounciation, vocabulary, skills in oral speech). Lack of time, some family problems can''t give an opportunity for self-education. So, refreshment courses are a good chance to improve something in our professional and language sphere.

This article gives full practical information for the lessons, involving computer technologies and work in the web. But unfortunately our schools in russia don''t have enough technical facilities for this type of work. We can only hope that this problem will be solved.

Мысль "вдруг" по поводу сотрудничества ученика и учителя в образовательном процессе.
Единственная мысль, из личного опыта со-жизни,со-дел,со-творчества и со-общения с моей дочерью (здесь "со" - СОВМЕСТНО,etc.).
Всё, что мы ДЕЛАЕМ ВМЕСТЕ со своим ребёнком: разговариваем, смотрим, читаем,рисуем, пишем... - (опущу любые научные размышления о процессах,происходящих в сознании... ) легче, лучше, с желанием и пониманием,как говорят в педагогической среде, и УСВОИТ ребенок.
Это частный (=индивидуально пройденный,осознанный) случай. И теперь: от частного - к общему,то есть к воспитанию и обучению детей в группе,классе,школе,etc. Разве перестанет действовать "домашний" метод?
